For vehicles that are more than 15 years old and not driven regularly, the insurers at Lloyd’s of London offer a very reasonably priced fully comprehensive insurance policy, including partial accidental damage risks.

Your classic car is insured by us at an agreed value. In the event of a total write-off, that precise value will be repaid to you with no ifs and buts. We calculate the insurance premium on the basis of the current value of the vehicle (expert appraisal) and the number of kilometres travelled every year. The insurance cover applies all over Europe.

Collectors and owners of more than one vehicle benefit from particularly attractive terms and conditions: for two or more vehicles, the English insurers offer attractive discounts of up to 50 per cent. You can therefore insure whole vehicle collections on extremely favourable terms.

For vehicles with an insurance value of less than CHF 25,000, the excess for all claims is CHF 500. For vehicles with a higher insurance value, the excess is CHF 1,000.
